Let’s agree that it takes hard work to get in great shape. I am not talking about walking stairs for 10 minutes, or losing 5 lbs., I am talking about getting into the shape you have always wanted! The shape you have dreamed about but have never had the motivation to work for. But it is attainable, if you want it bad enough. Are you willing to do the work, give the sacrifice, put up with the aches and pains, to get the body you want? Well let me tell you, it takes a calculated, integrated approach and a solid work ethic to reach this type of goal. But if you’re not training AND dieting properly, you’ll never look your best.
